Agreement

By placing an order with LGP ("we", "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't place an order.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you're ordering on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

Products

We produce and decorate apparel to order using embroidery, DTG printing, and DTF transfer. Product images are representative. Minor variation in placement, stitch count, or fabric color shade may occur as a natural result of apparel production and should be expected. If a supplier stock shortage requires a comparable substitution, we'll contact you before fulfilling your order.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we specify otherwise. A quote isn't an order; your order is placed when you confirm production and we have payment or an approved net-terms arrangement. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if we suspect fraud, if a product is unavailable, or if artwork rights are unclear).

Artwork and approvals

You're responsible for providing or approving artwork before production begins. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We're not responsible for intellectual property infringement in customer-supplied artwork. Once a proof is approved, that approval is final — any changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and ACH for approved accounts. All prices are in US dollars. Net-terms are available on approved accounts only. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.

Shipping and pickup

We ship nationwide. Shipping costs are quoted on your order. Transit times are estimates — we're not responsible for carrier delays. Local pickup is available at our shop by appointment during business hours.

Returns and exchanges

See our Returns Policy. Briefly: personalized, customized, decorated, and made-to-order merchandise is final sale, except for verified manufacturing defects or production errors attributable to LGP. Blank, unworn, unwashed items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customer ordering mistakes (incorrect size, color, or customization selection) do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the LGP wordmark, logo, product descriptions, imagery, and site copy — is the property of LGP or its licensors. Customer-supplied brand marks remain the property of the customer. You grant LGP a limited license to use your marks to produce your order and to display produced work in our portfolio unless you've asked us in writing not to.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGP's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your nonwaivable legal rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
