The process
From online
to doorstep.
Most orders start on the online designer and finish on your doorstep (or ours, if you're nearby). Here's exactly what happens in between.

We review and send a proof
Within one business day we review your artwork, check for anything that would compromise print quality, and send a digital mockup — logo placement, color, size, exact artwork. Nothing hits a machine until you approve.

You approve the proof
One click and production starts. Changes are free up until approval, so take a close look. Sizes and colors are locked in at this step.

We produce in-house
Embroidery, DTG and DTF all run on our own machines. Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days from proof approval. Rush options are available if the ship date is tight; the surcharge is quoted up front.

Pick up or we ship
Local pickup is free, Mon–Fri 8:30a–5:30p. Shipping nationwide via UPS Ground, or expedited if you need it. For large programs we can blind-ship direct to recipients.
